At Cornerstone Dental Clinic, we are asked many questions during a regular day. Here are the answers to most of the typical ones we receive. If you have a question that is not answered below, do not hesitate to call us at (403) 995-1800 or use our handy contact form to email us.
Q) What are your hours of operation?
A) Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Thursday 8 until 8, Friday 7 till 2 and Saturday 8 till 3pm.
Q) Do you welcome walk-ins?
A) Yes! Simply walk-in and we will do our best to get you seen as soon as possible.
Q) Do I need an appointment?
A) No! No appointment is required.
Q) Do you accept insurance?
A) Our clinic accepts most insurance plans. We will assist in submitting claims from the office as most cases are done electronically. Please contact our office with any questions about pre-determination, and we would be pleased to answer any questions you have.
Q) Do you direct bill?
A) Yes we can direct bill your insurance (also called assignment)
Q) What types of payment do you accept?
A) We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
Q) How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
A) If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call the office at 403-995-1800. Please keep in mind that all appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $50.00 for shorter appointments and $100 for longer appointments may be incurred for inadequate notice.
Q) Why do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
A) You will only be required to pay a cancellation fee if you do not give reception adequate notification of your cancelled appointment. Our patients’ health is important to us! Sudden cancellations create large gaps in the schedule where other patients in need of treatment could have been treated more efficiently. As a courtesy to other patients, please give advanced notification if you are unable to keep your appointment.
